We were extremely happy with our stay. The room was typical small for Paris size, but comfy and in line with our needs. The staff were overall very helpful, spoke enough English to be helpful and were willing to put up with my poor French.
Having free coffee in the lobby from 11:00 AM is great, but having it available earlier would be even better. Many times we were planning our day in the morning and not having coffee available until 11:00 was often a frustration. While we enjoyed seeking out a local cafe, we liked meeting the staff and other customers staying at the hotel in the morning.
